Charles Quaye has more than 11 years of experience working in top-technical and management positions within the Sub-Saharan Africa market in the telecommunications industry.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah university of Science and technology and Master’s in Business Administration from Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.
Charles is the Managing Partner at Acelma Company Limited. Charles is married and lives with his wife and two kids in Accra, Ghana.
Thelma Quaye

Mrs. Thelma Quaye is a Ghanaian Telecommunications Consultant. Prior to consulting, she worked in various capacities at Airtel Ghana Limited (Now Airtel Tigo); including Technical Integration Director, Chief Technical Officer (CTO), Head of Network Design Planning and Optimization, Senior Manager (Network Quality), among others.
She is an accomplished telecommunication professional; the first female network director across the Airtel Africa group and the second in the Ghanaian telecom industry. She played an instrumental role in building the Zain telecommunications network (Now Airtel) from scratch and transforming it into an award-winning smartphone network within the Ghanaian telecom Industry.
Thelma has extensive experience including telecom network design, planning and optimization, operations management, project management, service operations management, technical evaluation, process design, people management and change management. She is a member of the Executive Women Network, a nonprofit organization committed to inspiring, empowering and supporting women executives to excel. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana, and an Executive Master of Business Administration, Strategic and Project Management from the Paris School of Management.
